Article Abstract:

The authors describe the development of the approach which provides the information on microbial community from a set of clones. They have classified the cosmids and identified the candidates for sequencing, and have reported that this approach is based on hybridization of genomic DNA library of various strains and bacterial isolates from the investigated community.
